Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change.

Because your appointment is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments involving several hours of color and/or extensions require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows are subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the scheduled service price.
